With the 30% Tax Incentive in the state of Georgia and the numerous projects currently in production and slated for the near future, our focus is to strengthen the talent pool in the Southeast in an effort to satisfy the casting needs and keep production here!

About Alpha Tyler: Alpha began her casting career over 12 years ago in Los Angeles where she worked with top Casting Directors who cast for pilots, series, and feature films for FOX, CBS, WB, UPN, DISNEY, and DREAMWORKS. In 2007 Alpha brought her expertise to Atlanta where she cast two seasons of the TBS Series, Tyler Perry’s House of Payne and numerous Tyler Perry films including: Why Did I Get Married; The Family That Preys; Madea Goes to Jail; and Meet the Browns. As an Independent Casting Director, Alpha recently completed casting season three of Tyler Perry’s House of Payne!
About Richard Futch: Richard is a member of CSA and currently the casting director for the Lifetime/Touchtone hit television series, Army Wives! Since 1990, Richard has been involved in casting both principal and background talent for feature films, television network movies and both regional and national commercials. His casting company, Futch-Mullins Casting was responsible for principal casting for the box office feature film success, The Notebook, directed by Nick Cassavetes. Richard is currently in his third season of casting for Army Wives.
Goal of Workshops: These workshops are designed to give you two different perspectives from two different highly successful working casting directors. Each will provide you with their unique individual approach. You will be working on various sides and audition techniques. This is an incredible opportunity not to be missed!

ON – CAMERA INTENSIVE FOR KIDS (ages 10-13):
Zak Barnett teaches the intensive for kids and the next one is scheduled for November 20 & 21 from 10 AM – *4 PM each day. The class is $395 and payments are nonrefundable/nontransferable.
(*class time is approximate. If class is full with 10 actors, it will go until 4 PM. If class is not full with 10 actors, it will be shorter).
These intensives are limited to only 10 actors – email head shot and resume to apply!

Hi everybody! Turner Broadcasting is producing a promotional video about the Alliance Theatre and is looking for Non/Union extras. I am helping them get the word out. Please take a look at the breakdown below and if you are interested in being considered for the shoot, please send a digital copy of your headshot or recent photo, along with the following size specifications to Tracy Markowski at Tracy.Markowski@Turner.com. Size specifications to include with your photo are: shirt/ jacket/pants/waist/bust/hat/shoe.
Extras/Adults: Adults, male and female, all ages and ethnicities. This includes Seniors.
Extras/Children: Children, boys and girls, ages 8 to 16, all ethnicities.
The shoot will take place at the Woodruff Arts Center on Friday, November 5. Specific times are yet to be determined but some adults may be asked to be here for the entire day and children will be called as late as possible to avoid conflicting with school hours.
